What is included in my grooming service?
Every spa package starts with a nail trim/file depending on behavior. Pets then get a double shampoo and conditioner suited to their specific coat type. During the bath they get their ears cleaned and teeth brushed. All pets are blow dried by hand and brushed out thoroughly-matted pets may require pre shaving or spot shaving depending on the severity. Pets are then styled to the owners request and finished with spritz of cologne and an accessory.

How often should my pet be groomed?
I recommend staying on a 4-6 week schedule for most pets; depending on coat type, activity level and at home maintenance schedule.

When should I schedule my puppy's/kitten's first grooming session?
It is best to introduce grooming to puppies/kittens as soon as possible- recommend first 2 sets of vaccines- typically around 10-12 weeks old. The first few appointments are about creating a fun and safe environment while also setting your furry friend up for success with a lifelong love for grooming!​​

What is required to book an appointment?
All new clients must fill out an intake form, upload current proof of rabies vaccine, read/sign my service agreement and add a card on file. This covers important information about you and your pet, my cancellation policy and a photo/medical release form in the event of an emergency.

Do you groom cats? How often should they be groomed?
Yes! I love my cat friends as much as my dog friends! I recommend nail trims about every 6 weeks and grooming/bathing every 4-12 weeks depending on coat type!

Why does mobile grooming cost more than going to a salon?
With mobile grooming, we bring the salon to you! No more loading up the car, driving to the groomer and waiting for your pick up call. With luxury 1 on 1 care provided right in front of your home or office AND with the option of latch-key service, you no longer have to stress about making it to your appointment on time. Simply provide access to your pet for their appointment and before you know it they are back inside fresh and clean ready for cuddles!​

I am located outside the service area will you make an exception?
In order to maintain consistent scheduling and routing, at this time, I am unable to add any additional areas. Thank you for you understanding!

What forms of payment do you accept?
Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Zelle, Check, or Credit/Debit. If you choose to do so, I can charge the card on file for each appointment or send an invoice to be paid same-day.

Do you take sedated pets?
On a case by case basis, I will accept pets on Trazadone, Gabapentin or a combination of the two if necessary. Any medication should be given under veterinary recommended dosages. If your pet needs this for either anxiety or aggression, it must first be discussed with the groomer.
